Refund Policy

Discounts as Refunds:

Qualifying discounts are assessed as refunds to the account/card used to purchase the full pass price. Including (but not limited to):

• Early bird passes

• Flash sales

• Group Discounts

Why? Since some discounts are predicated on registration + payment order, we are not able to pre-emptively reduce your initial amount owed.

We will do our best to update when discounts are no longer available (e.g., if all 10 early bird passes are sold out).

You can expect refunds to be initiated within 24-48 hours of your purchase. Please email us at keepbalweird@gmail.com if you encounter any issues or have questions/concerns!

Cancellation and Transfers:

Full refunds (100%) can be issued up to 05/10/26.

Partial refunds (50%) can be issued up to 06/01/26. Refunds will not be issued after this date.

You can upgrade your Basic Pass to a Full Pass at any time, but cannot downgrade for a refund.

If you are unable to attend, your purchased pass can be transferred to another person. Transfer inquiries must be sent on or before 06/01/26 and can only be used one time.

If you are sick and experience any infectious symptoms please stay at home, stay in touch with us to work out what to do with your event pass. Stay healthy!
